The Galapagos Islands

If you are like me, you always wanted to sail the Pacific on your own boat. You read everything you can on the subject and spend your winter evenings plotting routes to far away places.
 The sage advice recommends, "leave Panama in February - March to maximize your stay in the Society Islands"  so we plan on departing the canal in mid February. We will be headed for the Galapagos Isles on our first Pacific Leg. There are many boats headed down the Milk Run this time of year.
